Bridge to the Cathedral at night

This pedestrian bridge to the Cathedral the Christ The Saviour looks very impressive at nights. It was built at the end of summer 2004. It is a three-span construction beginning at the base and columns of the Christ The Saviour’s Cathedral, cross the Prchistenskaya and Bersenevskaya and finish with an escalator hall. The bridge is geometrically tied to the Cathedral ensemble and it is cross the river bed at an angle of 78 degrees. The bridge is 203 metres long and 12 metres wide. The total bridge area is 2,558 square metres.

As a sole traveller you might feel lost in a 10 million city like Moscow. Not with Arthur, he is an entertaining guide who knows his way in his city. He really enjoys showing all big and small highlights for a prix d'ami. It made my trip to Moscow very worthwhile. Thanks again Arthur and hope your plans will be established. Ruud
