We hired Arthur to take us on an off-the-beaten path day trip to Leo Tolstoy's ancestral estate, Yasnaya Polyana, and it was one of the best days of our entire trip to Russia. From the moment we booked Arthur's services, he went into action, setting up a personal English language tour of the estate for us as well as researching other nearby attractions that we could visit to enrich the day. Arthur is friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgable about seemingly all aspects of the country's history, culture and attractions. He is also tireless and extremely professional. Plus, his rates are very reasonable for the level of service he provides. We've traveled all over the world and I can honestly say that Arthur is one of the best personal guides we've ever had.
